*To be eligible for this registration type, you must be a member of one of the Member Societies of FEMS  

٭You qualify for a low income countries rate if you are a resident in a country on the A or B HINARI lists

  • VAT excluded: Please note that all registration fees stated above are excluding VAT.  

  • Students: Students are those studying at undergraduate level or enrolled in a higher degree, including PhD students.

  • Speakers: Accepted speakers for Interactive Sessions pay a special speakers registration fee of €295 (excl. VAT). Accepted speakers for Session Talks pay a special speakers registration fee of €505 (excl. VAT). 

  • Commercial Representatives: Please note that if you are a representative of a commercial company, you cannot book a registration unless your company has booked a partnership package in our Exhibition.

What is included in your FEMS MICRO 2027 registration?

All participants, regardless of whether they are a standard attendee or a paid partner, will have full access to our whole scientific programme and the Exhibition.  

To make sure all our attendees have top-in-class opportunities to network, we are pleased to include catering within the registration fee. FEMS MICRO 2027 will provide complimentary lunch during each full day of the Congress & Exhibition, and a full range of refreshments each evening during the Networking Receptions. Regular tea and coffee breaks are also fully included as part of your registration fee.
