call for Session Proposals now open
At FEMS MICRO Ljubljana 2027, we are bringing together microbiologists, innovators, and policy-makers from across Europe and beyond under the theme Growing microbial futures to shape what comes next in microbiology. Our diverse topic tracks, such as Eco Innovations, Health Horizons, Biotechnology and Engagement & Growth, are designed to foster groundbreaking discussions and solutions.
The FEMS MICRO programme will feature a wide range of session types, including interactive sessions, poster displays, flash talks, and session talks, all showcasing thought-provoking research from our abstract and session proposal submitters. Beyond traditional presentations, we are also curating an interdisciplinary programme of community-focused sessions, from meet-ups and fireside chats in the community corner to engaging debates on important topics.
